Description

Due to continuous expanding production, Lean Machine is currently searching for an experienced CNC Machinist to work our evening shift, 2:30 pm to 1:00 am, Monday to Thursday. You will have experience operating a variety of CNC machines to perform assigned tasks. You possess manual dexterity and have an eye for detail. You must be mechanically inclined and have an aptitude for math, computers and numbers, and exhibit time management skills.

Responsibilities:
    Review and read blueprints, drawings, or engineering instructions to understand specifications of output
    Plan the sequence of necessary actions for the completion of a job
    Produce components and/or assemblies as per specified requirements
    Set up and operate a variety of different CNC machines such as drills, grinders, milling machines and lathes to production standards
    Detect and correct programs or machining malfunctions
    Check output to ensure consistency with specifications
    Maintain quality objectives and verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed

Qualifications:
    Able to use tools and machines with an attention to detail
    Good understanding of mechanical systems and mathematics
    Ability to read schematics, blueprints and other drawings
    Skilled in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
    Must have outstanding punctuality and attendance
    Ability to work according to production schedules and deadlines
    Must possess strong problem solving and communication skills as well as the ability to handle changing demands
