Helicopter Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Term/Contract

Transwest Air is currently looking for Term or Contract Helicopter AME's for the upcoming season (May - September) to join its team in Saskatchewan.

Transwest Air offers competitive wages commensurate with experience and need to expand our Maintenance team to meet our current needs as well as plans for future growth. We expect that you can legally work in Canada.

Position Requirements:

M1 or M2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License
Minimum endorsement on Bell 205 or Bell 407
Valid Driver's license
Must be willing to work flexible hours
Positive attitude towards safety and safe-work practices
Majority of work will be field work in remote locations
Qualifications:

Ability to support and enhance safety initiatives
Leadership qualities with the ability to coach and mentor
Excellent analytical and decision making skills
Ability to adapt and change to evolving work environments
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Successful candidates will be assigned a home base for the season but must be willing to travel frequently to operate at other remote bases throughout Saskatchewan
Transwest Air will employ you on a number of different rotary-wing aircraft depending on your endorsements and experience and will train you in:

Human Factors in Aviation
Fire suppression operations
Dangerous goods AND WHMIS
First Aid and CPR
