Lagana Hotel Bar requires Food and Beverage
Servers.
Duties:
- Greet patrons
- Take orders and relay alcohol to customers.
- Control facilities in the bar.
- Prepare and serve foods at patrons'
tables.
- Accept payment and issue receipt.
- Clear and clean tables and chairs.
- Cash out for the VLT gamers.
- Set tables.
Requirement & Skills:
- Must be legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- No experience or credentials required.
- On-site training will be provided to qualified
applicants.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Serving It Right Certificate
Weight Handling
- Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Business Equipment and Computer Applications
- Electronic cash register
