The Director, Finance & Operations (DFO) holds primary responsibility for the financial, risk management, information technology, human resources and administrative functions of United Way. They are a member of the senior leadership team and provide strategic leadership for all responsible areas. They will directly influence and participate in the day-to-day operations, budgets and long range planning for the organization. The DFO will serve in an advisory capacity to the CEO and Board of Directors as required.

This is a permanent full-time position for an individual with a CPA designation and 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience.
