The Position:
The successful applicant will provide Information Technology support to our project teams & join one of our project teams as a software developer. We develop systems that include real-time equipment control, complex proprietary communication protocols, high-availability/scalable architectures & graphical user interfaces.

IT support activities include: set up & configuration of systems & virtual machine; updating & installing new services.

Software developers experience all phases of the development lifecycle. Through the development & delivery of complex systems on time, on budget & containing the exact features our customers need, developers are able to acquire the skill set needed to tackle challenges within dynamic project environments  all while providing top-quality customer service.

This position will be of interest to candidates with:
A diploma in Computer Systems Technology/related discipline
The ability to integrate well into a team environment and quickly solve problems
Proficiency in Java, Python, Linux system administration

The selected candidate will perform tasks including:
Setting up virtual machines
Securing software services
Basic networking support
Selecting & evaluating new services
Coding & unit testing
Learning budgets & schedules, and how to solve problems that occur during the development
