Description

We are currently seeking a Foreman and Journeyman Power Line Technician for our Manitoba operations. These positions will be based out of Winnipeg, however travel is required as services extend into the south-eastern corner of the province. The successful candidates MUST be willing to relocate, if not situated in Winnipeg or surrounding area. These positions perform a variety of assignments involved in all aspects of the installation, construction, troubleshooting, repairing, specialized testing, and maintenance of all overhead and underground distribution, transmission lines, switching stations, substations, communication networks, streetlight facilities, and infrastructure. Work is physically demanding. Applicants MUST be qualified to perform rubber glove procedures. A valid Class 5 license is required with a 1A preferred.
