Main Function
This position will be responsible for MS Access application programming and data analysis. The ideal candidate must have excellent data analysis skills and experience within MS Access.
Responsibilities
Write programs in a variety of computer languages
Update and expand existing department programs
Maintain existing database structures
Debug and test department programs
Work with department team members to develop and enter machine ledgers and maintenance procedures
Convert machine information and manuals into a digital format
Participate in ISO 9000-1 auditing and record keeping processes
Prepare weekly reports for use within the department
Qualifications
Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Microsoft Visual Basics for Application, and Oracle SQL.
Good knowledge of various manufacturing processes and programs such as Cribmaster
Strong organizational skills, extremely self-motivated
Good communication skills; both verbally and written.
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
Electronics Engineering Tech or Computer Technician Degree would be an asset.
