Canpotex is currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Business Information (BI) team in the Saskatoon office.
        
As part of our BI Solutions Group and reporting to the Solutions Manager, you will establish, implement, develop, and manage best practices for BI projects throughout the organization.  This includes defining and documenting all policies and processes associated with the project lifecycle (i.e. concept, feasibility, execution and close-out).   You will work closely with our business analysts in order to incorporate business requirements into the project scope.  As the Project Manager, you will manage key performance metrics, the allocation of project resources (i.e. BI, internal business partners, external stakeholders and third-party vendors), monitor schedule milestones and track budget progress to ensure successful project delivery according to approved scope, schedule and budget.  
    
Your excellent communication and organizational skills coupled with analytical ability will make you successful in this role.  You are proactive, able to quickly shift priorities, adept at change management (i.e. commercial, financial and personnel) and comfortable working in an Agile project delivery environment.
    
As the ideal candidate, you will have a university degree in Computer Science or Business Administration with five or more years experience working directly with developing and deploying BI project procedures and processes. PMP Certification will be considered an asset.
