Description

Infinite Immigration Services is currently seeking an experienced Property Administrator for a full time permanent position with our client in Moose Jaw. Our client is a well-established property management company with over 100 units throughout Saskatchewan. Compensation is negotiable.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    Negotiate or approve rental or lease of various properties and ensure that terms of lease agreement are met
    Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services, such as cleaning and maintenance, security services and alarm systems
    Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings and monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
    Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, prepare reports and review rents to ensure they are at market value
    Ensure that trouble calls received from clients or tenants are acted upon
    Administer damage deposits
    Prepare and collect rent charges
    Review property tax assessments and assisting with appeals

Skills / Experience Required
    At least 3 years of experience in residential/commercial real estate property administration or related field
    Demonstrated proficiency in time management, prioritization, meeting deadlines, negotiation, problem solving, dispute resolution, writing reports and command of the English language
    A diploma or degree in business administration, bookkeeping or accounting is preferred
    Excellent customer service skills
    Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
    Strong communication and organizational skills
    Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
    Thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
