Bella Vista Custom Kitchens & Renovations offers supply and install of custom cabinetry as well as full renovation management. At Bella Vista we are detail driven with our design and execution. We take great pride in our work and exceeding our customers expectations.

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and organized to join our team.

Job Description:
- Framing
- General construction labour including demolition, drywall patching, painting, subfloor,
- Finishing carpentry including finishing, basic cabinet installs, flooring installation, etc.
- Supervise and evaluate sub-contractors and provide feedback to the team
- Responsible for completing service/warranty work
- Work with Project Coordinator to schedule materials to site
- Meet with subcontractors as needed
- Purchase and/or pick up materials for job-site including loading and unloading
- On site decision making
- Open and close job sites each day including daily clean-up
- Work to ensure schedules are kept and jobs are completed on time
- Update Project Manager if timelines and schedules are not going to be met
- Responsible for maintenance of trailer, tools and warehouse area
- Utilize online project management software

- Heavy lifting is required
- Technology skillset required to utilize our project management app on iphone, email, online calendar, etc.
- Decision making skills
- Time management skills
- Class 5 drivers license
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction from 5+ years of framing and finishing experience with renovations or new construction. (Those without 5 years of residential experience need not apply. Those with only commercial experience need not apply.)
