Description

TimeLine Logistic is looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Driver Recruiter. The successful Candidate's primarily duties will be to recruit, research, interview, screen and refer drivers for openings by performing the following tasks:

Contact prospective applicants  
Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
Provides information about the organization and position to applicants.
Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Confer with management to identify needs specifications within the company.
Develop and maintain network for contacts to help identify and source qualified contacts.
Initiate contact with possible qualified candidates for specific job openings.
Arranges travel and lodging for out-of-town applicants.
Coordinates communications with applicants.
Schedule orientation for prospective drivers.
Practice Company Core Values.
Performs related work as required.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Knowledge
Basic knowledge of trucking/transportation industry with a Class 1A license required. Prior customer service experience preferred.

Abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to execute logical decisions quickly. Ability to multitask in dynamic, fast-paced, team oriented environment. Good computer and keyboarding skills. Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and the general Internet. Require flexible schedule with the ability to work a Monday through Friday 8am-5pm shift.
