THIS FULL-TIME TEMPORARY POSITION IS IN AN ACCOUNTANT'S OFFICE.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year of computerized bookkeeping
preferably with experience with QuickBooks and/or Sage 50
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Practical office experience
- Willing to learn accounting
- Must be: wanting long term position with
opportunity to progress
DUTIES:
This is an entry level position which will develop into doing office administration and client accounting. Starts as receptionist, word
processing, filing, data entry, basic accounting, payroll, and personal tax preparation.
