Responsibilities:
The Human Resource Coordinator is an entry level human resource consultant equivalent position primarily responsible for supporting clients with their staffing needs, which includes the attraction and retention of a talented workforce, as well as providing job evaluation analysis and assisting with employee relations issues. Guided by the employee life cycle model, the Human Resource Coordinator will work with and support the human resource consultant team at the Moose Jaw Campus to problem solve matters and ensure consistency in service to clients.
Qualifications:
A diploma in human resources, or related discipline with additional post-secondary human resource education along with a minimum of two years of human resources experience is required, preferably with recruitment and selection. A professional human resources designation and experience working in a unionized setting would be an asset.
