Position Overview


As a service representative you will work in our call centre and represent SaskTel in various types of incoming customer calls.  Our goal is to offer an exceptional customer experience on each call.  You must be comfortable working in an position where there are service levels and call centre metrics to meet.

We are hiring into the following two areas:

Inbound Customer Service:  Some of the typical duties will be assisting customers with changes to their existing services and answering billing inquiries.

Inbound Collections:  Some of the typical duties will be to answer payment questions and make payment arrangements with our customers.


These positions are of a casual part-time nature, therefore SaskTel does not guarantee a set number of work hours per week.  Hours are scheduled according to business need and average 20-25 hours per week.  As you start out in the role, you can expect to work a majority of evening and Saturday shifts but we do need you available to work during any of the Monday to Saturday shifting.

Position Requirements

1) Customer service and sales experience
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence, persuade and deal effectively with others
3) Knowledge of SaskTel products and services
