Multi-Company Real Estate, Property Management & Development Office looking for a FULL TIME Accountant

Applicant MUST possess the following;
-Degree/Certificate in Accounting with a minimum three (3) years experience or equivalent experience
-Extensive experience with computerized accounting system (Quick Books) and MS Office (Excel)

An example of required expectations to include but not limited to;
    -performing monthly bank reconciliations and other monthly accounting reconciliations
        -monthly preparation, review, monitoring and reports for accounts receivables, payables, etc.
    -journal entries / data entry
    -technical support for accounting program software
    -government reporting and submissions
    -financial report to owners/directors
    -year-end audit and preparation

Salary dependent on skills and experience.
