Riverside Country Club, founded in 1912, is one of Saskatchewans premier private golf clubs. The club is currently seeking part-time banquet service staff for the 2018 season. A Banquet Server is responsible for delivering and serving food items as well as clearing dish and glassware, to banquet guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Ensure professional, responsive, and friendly service to all members and guests
Ensure appropriate room set up for reservations and banquets
Work in a team oriented, face paced environment
Assisting with special events
Assisting in plated meal service
Clearing dishware, polishing glassware and cutlery
Qualifications:
A great work ethic
Reliable
A team player
Friendly and composed
Have reliable transportation
Flexible availability to work days, evenings, and weekends
Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly and stand/walk for the duration of the shift
Banquet Servers are not required to handle alcohol and do not need to be legal drinking age.
Special consideration will be given to those applicants who are available to work through April 15th October 15th with flexible day, evening and weekend shifts as well as staff that can stay on part time through the November and December Christmas season. Opportunities to continue as a Banquet Server with Riverside County Club for the following seasons will be an option pending performance.
