What will you do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.
Organize & coordinate necessary paperwork for suppliers & sub-trades including creating material lists, reviewing orders from suppliers, issuing purchase orders and change orders;
Assist with scheduling and coordinating the construction on the applicable stages of home construction. Including preparing and maintaining construction schedule and evaluate any issues with progress;
Assist to identify and resolve all issues in normal operations and manage communication for all schedule disruption, provide reporting and metrics as required;
Communicate with Construction Manager and/or General manager regarding concerns about construction progress, be proactive with finding solutions;
Assist site staff in organizing work related to construction of home;
Respond to inquiries from sales staff regarding project status and schedule;
You are strong at building relationships and are able to work closely as the liaison with many external vendors, sub-contractors and various internal departments;
You may need to help out with other fun and exciting projects as required.
