Visionpool Talent is hiring an AVRO OPERATIONS MANAGER responsible to oversee and manage all aspects of the AVRO operations.  

Responsibilities:  
    Provide direction for all service and maintenance workers
    Communicate with customers to manage and measure their expectations
    Provide budgets and financial reports
    Ensure consistent leadership and direction
    Establish and communicate station goals and results
    Work with HR Manager to determine that staffing levels and operational particularly seasonal needs
    Develop and interact with vendors to maintain working relationships
    Develop an understanding of industry standards
    Coordinate, execute and maintain the initiative on extended lead time and project based orders
    Coordinate R&D for new products, projects, and ideas
    Report  departments KPIs
Qualifications:
    Bachelors Degree in Business related field
    Minimum 10 years managerial experience in the area of maintenance operations and project management
    Demonstrated experience in management, operations, administration, maintenance, and finance
    Strong presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills
    Demonstrated experience with MS Suite of products
    Ability to be badged to work in secure areas of an airport
    Ability to travel from time to time, including possible international travel
    Ability to be on-call and work occasional evenings and weekends
    Familiarity with Airport operations, aviation equipment, and service environment an asset
