Our client is looking for a Permanent Part-Time Receptionist to join their team at their Saskatoon location. If you are available to 4 hours in the day in the morning and have excellent reception, data entry, and customer service skills then apply today!
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Booking of appointments with clients
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing
- Data entry into their in-house system
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications/Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with regard to data entry skills
