Glenrose Master Builder Ltd., Reginas fastest growing home builder, is looking for a Full Time Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to achieving the business goals and objectives and is a valuable member as they are often the first point of contact with our clients.  

Responsibilities
-Generate interest from potential clients
-Maintain & promote a positive image of the company by providing a high caliber of professional service
-Address sales related inquiries from new and existing clients
-Assist the New Home Sales Consultant with maintaining and completing accurate sales documents
-Learn and understand company policies & procedures as well as the construction process to ensure effective communication with clients and co-workers
-Ensure the showhome & sales center present well at all times
-Ensure proper placement of signage to draw traffic to the showhome
-Attend & participate in weekly team meetings

Requirements
-Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role and the knowledge of customer service fundamentals.
-Ability to be organized, detail oriented, goal driven and coordinate various activities.
-Be enthusiastic, energetic, ambitious and approachable
-Have excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
-Computer skills, including Outlook, Excel & Word
-Must be willing to consistently work showhome hours (afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays)
-Must have own reliable vehicle to commute to various job sites and homes.

We offer competitive salary & commission rates. A generous benefits package will be offered after 3 month probation.
