Tire Stewardship of Saskatchewan Inc.(TSS) is looking for a skilled and experienced financial and administrative professional to join our team in Regina SK.  
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Finance and Program Administrator will be responsible for financial administration, day-to-day accounting, budget preparation, forecasting, variance analysis, and overseeing the annual audits. You will also manage GST and payroll including remittances and reporting to CRA.

The Administrator will have the opportunity to play an active role on new initiatives related to our product stewardship program. With the Executive Director you will develop financial and human resource policies and procedures, and work on systems/reporting enhancements. You must be fluent in Sage/Simply Accounting software and have the skills necessary to analyze data in the current TSS program tracking system.

As the ideal candidate you will have solid financial management and accounting skills and experience, excellent analytical and planning skills, be a strong communicator, and able to think creatively and establish effective relationships with stakeholders. You are a collaborative team-player interested in working in a small office environment. Ability to take initiative and work independently is a must.
Typically the knowledge required for this position would be obtained through relevant education such as a degree in public/business administration, experience in a finance or related field, a professional accounting designation or working towards a designation (CPA) and supplemented by at least five years related experience. A combination of skills and experience may be considered in lieu of a designation.
