We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor in our Moose Jaw location.  This position assures that the effectiveness and integrity of the Branchs Human Resources functions are consistent with recognized professional and legal standards, and the mission and standards of the Company.  
Key Accountabilities include:
- Ensuring accurate, complete, timely and relevant information is shared with employees regarding Pay and Benefits, Group Insurance, the Pension Plan, Workers Compensation and Training;
- Performing Human Resource functions such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, group insurance, pension plan, Workers Compensation, return to work, and attendance management;  
- Promoting Company interests consistent with approved policies, plans, the Collective Bargaining Agreement and professional, legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
- A two-year HR Diploma, Business Admin Diploma or Certificate or equivalent training would be an asset.
- A recognized HR professional designation would be an asset.
