The Wascana Country Club is looking for self-motivated, team oriented employees who have extensive knowledge in the hospitality industry, or someone who is enthusiastic about learning how to provide the best customer experience in Regina. This summer we will be hosting The LPGA Canadian Open attracting the top 100 female golfers in the world and over 60,000 visitors to the golf course. We are considering servers, bartenders, hostesses, express counter servers, and beverage cart servers. Wages start above hospitality standards and the potential for gratuity earning is above the industry average. Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, formal or French service
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills
- Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
- Order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware
- Describe and advise on wine selection
Essential Skills

- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs

- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
