SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts is one of Canadas leading hotel management companies and manages hotels operating under major franchise brands, such as Marriott, Hilton, and Radisson across Canada.


We are looking for a part-time Room Service / In-Room Dining Associate at the Radisson Hotel Saskatoon.

Reporting to the Director  Food & Beverage and the Restaurant Supervisors, the Room Service/IRD Associate is to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring quality service in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide food and beverage service to guests in hotel rooms
- Take guests order over the phone  provide explanation of menu as appropriate
- Prepare order for delivery &  presentation to guests
- Collect payment of orders
- Collect items from each floor using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware
- Polish silver and folds linens
- Make follow up calls for food delivered
- Ensure all shift duties are completed to ensure smooth shift handover
- Assist service team as necessary (host/hostess/Dining Room Service, etc.)

Preferred Education & Qualifications:
- Twelve months experience within a full service restaurant
- Strong organizational skills  demonstrated ability to proactively prioritize needs  
- Ability to maintain high standards of productivity, efficiency and safety.

- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Various shifts weekdays, evenings & weekends
