Commercial Building Operator (A152)
Express Employment Professionals is a Staffing & Searching company and we are looking for Commercial Building Operators with a minimum 3+ years experience for one of our Regina clients. Commercial building maintenance experience, mechanically inclined, being able to problem solve and troubleshoot problems to find solutions are definite assets. Coordinate with contractors to arrange for any repairs and provide exceptional customer service. Valid Firemans certification is required and well as holding a Refrigeration certificate or BST Diploma would be an additional asset.
Qualifications include:
Firemans Certification required
Refrigeration Certification or Building Systems Technician Diploma (asset)
Power Engineering
WHMIS
Building Operator Certificate
3+ years commercial building maintenance experience
Own transportation and valid license
Ability to utilized MS Office (Word, Outlook)
Provide exceptional customer service
Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
Ability to work independently under pressure as well as within a team
Able to adapt to change and be flexible in nature
