United Way of Saskatoon and Area is searching for an outgoing & community minded individual, experienced in outcome based community investment processes, to fill the full-time position of Relationship Manager, Community Impact. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing United Way's Community Investment Strategy.

This is a permanent full-time position that is responsible for:
    managing calls for applications, review processes, developing funding recommendations, and executing funding agreements
    collecting, compiling, evaluating & analyzing performance data on United Way funded programs & initiatives
    building & maintaining effective relationships with community stakeholders in order to advance community impact & resource development goals
    collaborating with internal peers to advance organizational goals & increase understanding of United Way's work among donors & in the community
        delivering & telling United Ways story in an effective manner that resonates with stakeholders & inspires them to take action

The successful candidate will have:
      a post-secondary degree in a relevant field (or a combination of education & experience)
        5 years of experience working in the human service sector & community engagement & development
        a strong understanding of Saskatoon & commitment to helping the community
        the ability & desire to engage & mobilize individuals & organizations around social issues in our community & United Ways mission
        the ability to execute strategies to meet the organizations strategic priorities
        excellent time management, communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
        desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
