Our well-established downtown client is adding to their team of Executive Assistants!
If you have strong communication skills, great attention to detail and enjoy a team approach, this could be your dream role!

This Executive Assistant reports to 3 Vice-
Presidents and key responsibilities include:
   - Managing busy executive calendars.
   - Coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing and submitting expense reports.
   - Creating various pieces of correspondence from scratch and using templates.
   - Assisting with generation and distribution of reports, proposals and presentations.
   - Coordinating and planning events.
   - Other related administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
   - 5+ years' experience providing professional support at Executive level.
   - Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Microsoft Office Suite.)
   - Professional attitude, strong organizational and communication skills.
