Were seeking 5 additions to our Contact Centre Team which provides financial advisory expertise over the phone as well as through digital channels. Our Contact Centre Team is dispersed throughout the province and can work from many of our advice centre locations likely one near you!
As a Contact Centre Specialist, your role is to provide exceptional personalized financial advice to our valued Affinity members. You understand needs-based recommendations and are knowledgeable in a variety of lending and investment solutions. Through applying your engaging relationship building skills and with access to a 360 degree view, youll recommend products and services that are always in the members best interest.

Our work environment is collaborative, progressive and rewarding. This team serves our members needs 7 days a week. The Contact Centre Specialist works on a rotation which includes working one weekend a month as well as getting to take a 4 day weekend monthly.
Starting salary is $ 55,740 and is complemented by a robust total rewards package.
