JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN - Regina
Dynamo Electric is one of Saskatchewan's largest and fastest growing diversified electrical services company offering electrical and process control engineering, technical field services, electrical construction and steel fabrication.
Our Regina office require Journeyperson Electricians preferably with Industrial experience to provide support to the electrical service aspects of our business. This is a term position with possible extension based on project scope, work load requirements and other opportunities and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
-High voltage terminations
-PLC & control wiring
-Automation and protective relay installation.
-Substation structural steel erection.
-Power distribution and generation.
-Installation of underground conduits and ground grid.
-Installation and maintenance of high voltage switches, circuit breakers and transformers.
Qualifications:
-Valid Saskatchewan Journeymans Licence.
-Current Valid Drivers Licence & Drivers Abstract required.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Experience with high voltage electrical equipment.
-Ability to thrive in a minimal supervision environment
-Ability to pay careful attention to detail.
-Motivated self-starter.
-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight time constraints.
-Ability to work as a team player and follow our safety management system.
-The willingness to continuously further their skills and abilities.
-Industrial experience an asset.
-Physically fit to lift and move heavy items up to 50 lbs.
-May involve overhead work and heights.
-Physical fitness test and drug and alcohol test will be required.
