Our manufacturing plant in Regina, SK is currently looking for a Lead Hand to join the team. Reporting to the Shipping Receiving Supervisor, the Lead Hand is accountable for delegating and supervising work tasks to the Shipping Receiving team members.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
    Load all outbound trucks,
    Schedule all outbound loads,
    Check team progress, materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards,
    Operate required measuring instruments,
    Safely operate forklift and crane,
    Accurately record and submit process documents and work tickets.

Qualifications/requirements:
    Valid forklift and crane certifications are required,
    Previous supervisory experience is an asset,
    Comfortable working at heights.

The successful applicant must have a superior work ethic, excellent time management skills and a positive attitude. Experience implementing safe work practices, corrective action through Work Rules management, evaluating team member performance and implementing Training and Development initiatives are requirements of this position.  Wages for this position will range depending on level of experience, qualifications and certifications.
