Mainprize Regional Park is looking for a full-time Park Maintenance Foreman.  This is both a management and working foreman position.  On call work is required.

- responsible for coordinating the overall operations of the park maintenance program including water and wastewater networks and infrastructure, streets, campsites, and various municipal buildings and equipment.

- considerable judgment, professionalism, and leadership skills are necessary in coordinating and carrying out the work with the park team.

- Certificates preferred:  Level 2 Water Treatment, Level 2 Water Distribution, and Level 2 Wastewater Management.  These certificates are not a requirement at time of hiring but the successful candidate will be encouraged to attain these.

- Experience:  heavy equipment operating and maintenance, water infrastructure, carpentry, and mechanical repair.

- team player with demonstrated leadership and human resource management skills.

-  familiarity and compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation practices.

-  motivated to pursue professional development opportunities for self and staff.

-  superior communication skills and ethics.
