Job Duties:
Customer focus and high energy
Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalogue systems
Passion for delivering customer care in a strong team environment
Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
Help outside sales in developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
Strive for continuous improvement in processes and procedures
Protect and maintain the security of store assets
Help maintain a store recognized for safety and appearance
Skills and Abilities:
Must have previous auto parts or retail experience
Must have superior communication & customer service skills
Mechanical or service experience considered an asset
Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
Excellent computer and organizational skills
Qualifications and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree an asset
Experience in a dealership or retail establishment
Experience in parts and service an asset
Hours:
Hours for this position range between 20-30 hrs a week.
