Dock Hands are responsible for the general operation of the docks, including upkeep, maintenance, and safe mooring of the boats and other dock facilities. Dock Hands are also expected to preform maintenance, grounds keeping and other duties around the camp as needed. With a demonstration of strong work ethic, professionalism and angling ability, dock hands often progress into a fishing guide position. Experience with fish filleting and freezing would be an asset.
