Description

Front Desk Agents are responsible for accepting guest reservations, greeting and registering guests upon arrival, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guests account upon completion of their stay. Front Desk agents are responsible for addressing or re-directing guest concerns and co-ordinating camp maintenance, and flight scheduling. The Front Desk is also the direct line of communication for all other areas of the camp. The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to multi-task while remaining detail oriented. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and in writing are a must.

As an Admin Assistant your duties will include all front desk duties and additional administrative tasks including, cash sheets, liquor and merchandise inventory, accounts payable, accounts receivable, flight tracking and other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
