We are seeking a Full Time Permanent Service Manager for an agricultural dealership in Yorkton, Saskatchewan to start immediately.

Requirements:
-At least 4 years of previous experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity preferably including managing parts, sales and service department
-Strong knowledge of technical aspects of agriculture and materials handling
-Strong understanding of labour and bill out rates from service department, as well as piece ranking reports, asset turnover and inventory control
-Strong computer and typing skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet
-Licensed Heavy Duty Mechanic preferred; open to mechanics from other industries like construction/automobiles as well

Job duties:
-Oversee all planning, administration and general management issues, including the day-to-day supervision of staff
-Direct, coach, mentor and delegate effectively to the service staff
-Monitor budgetary and financial responsibilities
-Ensure the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment is maintained at the highest level
