Maidstone Group Home is seeking an individual with excellent judgment, interpersonal and communication skills to assume the role of House Manager for a group home.  As supervisor in the home, you will be responsible for all aspects of client care including the administration of medication, while maintaining a comfortable and efficient home environment.  Reporting to the Executive Director, you will work closely with other management staff and share duties on an equal basis with the program workers.

Qualification:  Rehab Worker Diploma or equivalent combination of education and/or experience;  First Aid/CPR (or a willingness to obtain); and a Class 5 driver's license.  A Police Record Check is also required.  

Maidstone Group Home provides 24-hour supportive care to people with developmental and physical disabilities.  Participants are non-verbal and non-violent. Only Applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
