Amirzadeh Law has an opening for a full time Immigration Legal/ Admin Assistant starting immediately. The applicant will provide administrative and legal support on a range of files, including the preparation of immigration cases and appeals, sponsorship applications, humanitarian applications, applications for temporary resident visas, citizenship applications, et
Responsibilities include:
    Communicating with clients to gather information and documentation
    Assisting with legal forms
    Preparing immigration applications
    Assisting with drafting submissions and Affidavits
    Assisting with the preparation and submission of materials for hearings
    Answering telephone and electronic inquiries
    Scheduling and confirming appointments and other meetings, as needed
    Data entry
    Basic accounting and bookkeeping, including preparation of invoices
    Basic duties related to marketing
    Arranging for courier and processing servers
    Ordering supplies and other administrative tasks, as needed.
Requirements:
    Excellent writing skills
    Impeccable attention to detail
    Strong research skills
    Experience with Microsoft office
    Ability to multi-task
    Reliable and punctual
    Excellent with people and works well with others
    Some post-secondary education
    Experience in the field is an asset
    Working knowledge of another language is an asset
