SGO Mining Inc. is a Saskatchewan-based gold producer, engaged in the production, exploration and development of gold mineral reserves and mineral resources. Seabee Gold Operation is located 125 kilometers northeast of La Ronge, SK. Our developing Santoy project is located approximately 14 kilometers east of the Seabee Mill and is a 1000 tpd operation.
We are currently seeking a Temporary Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Operator at our Seabee Mine Operation, the position will go from May to mid-October.
The plant operates 24 hours a day, and the WTP Operator is responsible for completing routine monitoring of the Industrial WTP which involves climbing stairs and ladders, reading instrumentation, and collecting samples from the plants water tanks. The WTP Operator will be required to work some nights and must be comfortable working alone at times.
A positive and proactive attitude toward safety is essential. All candidates must be self-starters, willing to learn new skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The work rotation will be 2 weeks in/2 weeks out.
The Seabee mine is a fly-in camp with flights coming from La Ronge, Prince Albert, and Saskatoon.
