Description

Aaron M. Cadrin Investment and Insurance Solutions Inc. is looking for a full time Executive Assistant.

Duties will include:
Booking and scheduling appointments
Processing reports and organizing data
Marketing and advertising the business
Organizing files and processing paperwork
Face to face contact with clients
Bringing prospective new clients in
Monitoring the day to day operations in the office

This job has the potential opportunity to become a sub advisor once trained properly with the proper experience. If you already feel you have the training and experience please notify.

Compensation will be a base salary with bonuses based off personal and company performance.

Experience in the financial services industry is not necessary but definitely a VERY important asset.
Any current investment or insurance licenses is not necessary but definitely an asset.
