Design of Ready to Move Homes and on site construction, including tall wall design, Engineered Floor Systems. Must be proficient in NBC 2015, Current Electrical Codes,CSA standards in relation to RTM's. Design of all types of foundations, with calculated weights. Must be familiar with computer assisted drafting program of candidates choice. Should be able to calculate basic ventilation requirements, electrical loads, heat loss, etc. Attention to detail, and completely detailed drawings is mandatory, candidate will be able to show examples in an interview.
