We are seeking a customer-focused Bilingual Administrative Assistant for the Saskatoon Office. As part of the Customer Service team, this essential role provides support for our members, the Vice-President, Corporate Member Services, and essential administrative functions for the Saskatoon office. The successful candidate will be will organized, flexible, proactive and demonstrate excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day office functions including mail, couriers, filing, answering phones, etc.
- Greeting/welcoming all guests (internal and external) to the Saskatoon office
- Responsible for setting up new members and for termination notices for departing members
- Providing assistance to our members as requested
- Maintains documentation, agreements and records for Vice-President, Corporate Member Services related to duties in support of members
- Assists with coordination of events and projects in the Saskatoon office as requested
- Keeps the file room in good order and filing up-to-date
- Create notices to vendors and members as required by various departments
Qualifications:
- Bilingualism (French/English)
- Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate Level)
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- High competence level in typing
- Post-secondary administrative course with two or more years experience in an office environment is preferred; education/experience equivalencies will be considered
