We are Reginas Auto Body Shop. Our Collision Centre, now with two locations in Regina, SK, we have over 50,000 square feet of space combined. We can take on a lot of work in a day, so your vehicle will be repaired sooner!

Our staff consists of highly trained professionals who have the credentials and background to be considered leaders in the auto body technician industry. In order to serve our customers best, we need a large, dedicated staff. From quality control and production managers to parts managers and repair planners, our team is continuing to grow. Working as a liaison between our team and customers are our Client Support Representative. These courteous and energetic employees are here to plan and explain the process to you, as well as translate any technical jargon you may hear.

The Client Support Representative (CSR) is responsible for supporting all operational aspects of the shop in order to maximize sales and profitability through exceptional customer service. The CSR is committed to maintaining high professional standards in the areas of customer service, and professional development. He / she will demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of Universal Collision Centre.

As a Client Support Representative your job duties would include:

Review SGI Claims/Estimates prior to setting up appointment dates with the customer over the phone or in person
Attach all necessary documents in bodyshop management system  
Book in all appointments into bodyshop management system
Setup all rental and shuttles
Provide superior customer service via person, phone,and email
Provide customers with vehicle status updates
Do Pre-delivery inspections of vehicles prior to customer contact
Collect payments and go over invoice details
Customer Satisfaction follow up calls
