Village RV, an RV dealer providing sales, parts and service is currently looking for a summer student to work from the end of April through to the end of August as a Service Greeter.
A service greeter is the first point of contact in our service department and this person must possess exceptional customer service skills, be energetic, self-motivated and friendly. They must enjoy working with the public and with co-workers building a strong team environment. They must always have a smile on their face!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-service department "triage" person
-greet customers upon arrival to the service desk and verify appointment
-determine and usher customer to proper department personnel
-handle incoming storage calls and accompanying paperwork
-contact customers upon completion of work
-contact customers regarding their upcoming appointments
-receive payment for completed work
-check emails and voice mails daily
-call customers -parts arrived
-answer phone calls, provide customer with status updates, follow up with customer as needed
-dispatch incoming and outgoing units to drivers
-ringing in of parts and accessories purchased by customers
We offer a competitive rate of pay, employee appreciation functions and a fun working environment. The successful candidate will work Monday Friday,
9:00am 5:30pm.
