Description

Orange Tree Living is a Regina based company, currently operating 5 care homes within the city.  As we grow, we are also transforming from a senior care centre, to an intergenerational care centre, providing care for seniors and children within a shared location. We are currently looking for an individual skilled in the area of early childhood education to care for the children in our daycare, and help grow our intergenerational programming. Qualifications:

Early Childhood Education from a recognized post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of training and experience

Experience providing care to children in a day care setting

Experience providing one on one care to children with special needs

Experience providing care to seniors is an asset

Compassion and empathy for children and seniors, Continuous Improvement, Mindset, Leadership, Critical Thinking, Judgment, Written and oral communication skills, Flexibility, Appreciation of cultural diversity, and Interpersonal Skills
