MiEnergy Solar is seeking a highly motivated sales professional looking to join an exciting industry. The successful team member will possess drive, determination, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the VP, Solar Sales & Business Development, the Sales Consultant is responsible for selling solar energy systems. This position will support MiEnergys Vision, Mission and Core Values at all times.

Priorities:
-Meet personal and team sales targets
-Ensure customers service expectations are exceeded
-Ensure World-class craftsmanship and professionalism at all times
-Maximize company value through continual improvement

Responsibilities:
-Lead generation
-Qualifying
-Pricing
-Closing

Skills & Competencies:
-Proven sales experience
-Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
-Self-motivated and driven
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Other:
-Class 5 drivers license required
-Willing to travel with own vehicle and work remotely at times from home
-Saskatchewan territory
-Commission based compensation will allow for excellent compensation
