Kal Tire is recruiting for emerging professionals to join us as a Manager-in-Training.

You do not need a background in the automotive industry at Kal Tire, we will teach you everything you need to know!
Our training is designed with your career growth in mind. You will get your hands dirty working alongside certified technicians and sales staff, while learning every aspect of operating a successful Kal Tire store. With us you will learn to create the budget, schedule staff, manage the P&L, hire & train new employees, and of course you will learn how to change a tire.

Required Experience:
    You have 2 plus years of direct management or supervisory experience
    You have previous experience in customers service, retail or another people focused industry
    You have the ability to excel in a physically demanding environment
    You are a self-starter committed to maintaining a positive, collaborative and supportive workplace
    You have a passion for Sales, Safety and Customer Service
    You have excellent  communication skills, and are detail oriented
    You continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service
    You are available to work 4 days a week, 12 hours a day and are flexible with shiftwork
    You hold a valid drivers license

Education Experience:
    A High school diploma is a minimum requirement
    A University or College degree and/or equivalent education and experience preferred
