Executes internal audit activities designed to enhance risk management and controls that support the organization in meeting its objectives.

What you'll do:
Participate in audit planning and draft audit reports
Review work process and internal controls
Conduct audit testing by conducting interviews, gathering and analyzing data, conducting surveys and examining source documents
Document appropriate audit evidence and develop conclusions and recommendations
Travel to visit colleagues at their offices to conduct audit activities

Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
Team player who is committed to delivering quality service

What you'll need:
Degree in commerce with an accounting or audit designation and at least three years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience); fluency in both official languages is an asset
Knowledge of internal audit theories, trends and best practices
Knowledge of the agriculture and lending industry is beneficial
