Description

Duties include:
-  Provide supervision, direction, and leadership to Senior Training Centre department staff.
-  Provide support for operational activities, production materials planning, costings, inventory management, and process improvements.
-  Monitor and analyze business trends and current operating activities.
-  Recommend system / production changes and play an active role in their implementation.
-  Develop community business contacts and play an active role in promoting products and services offered by SaskAbilities Training Centre.
-  Assist the Operations Manager with annual Training Centre budget development.
-  Contribute to a positive and supportive working and learning environment for people experiencing disability.

Qualifications:
Education:
-  A degree in Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent experience and training.
Experience:
-  48 months
Skills:
-  Extensive knowledge of business operations, product marketing, production planning, control methods, product costing, inventory management, and operational improvements.
-  Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects of high complexity.
-  High level of interpersonal, team building, verbal / written communication skills.
-  Ability to build / motivate teams and produce measurable results.
-  Support operational requirements and balance training / production needs.
-  Effective organizational and communication skills when interacting with staff, clients and business partners.
-  Strong math, analytical, and computer skills are essential to the position.
-  Ability to positively interact and openly communicate with people of varying abilities.
Final Candidates are required to provide satisfactory criminal record checks including a vulnerable sector search.
