Are you looking for a rewarding career in the hospitality industry? The Days Inn Regina Eastgate is looking for a dynamic Full-Time Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent must be upbeat, friendly and customer service & sales oriented as they are the first point of contact for guests. They are responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, cancelling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms.
This is a PERMANENT position with 32-40 hours/week. Shifts will vary 7am-3pm & 3pm-11pm and will be a combination of weekdays and weekends. Some 11pm-7am shifts will be required for holiday coverage. Previous Front Desk & Sales experience will be seen as an asset. Weekends will be required.
