Description

Maintenance staff are expected to conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and integrity. The position requires a keen eye and attention to detail. It is expected that the applicants have a good understanding of building operations and the ability to multi-task when needed. Primary tasks include, but are not limited to, repair of plumbing fixtures, drywall repairs including patching and painting, maintenance of light fixtures including changing lamps and cleaning lenses, graffiti removal, small concrete repairs, painting, general exterior maintenance including painting, cleaning and sidewalk cleaning,  and completion of preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment as assigned by supervisor.  Other tasks include assisting marketing with set ups and signage installation, assisting engineering when required, and all other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

This position is scheduled to work full time hours, Sunday - Thursday.

*Days and Hours worked are subject to change as required by the needs of the property.      Nights and evening work may be required
